The MUN Director, responsible adult, or teacher in charge of a Delegation, who is responsible for all students, their safety, and registration.
School Director Applications are done on MediBook at the beginning of the conference session.
If you were the school director of a delegation in a previous session, you must still apply each year; the approval process is much quicker for directors from previous years.
Being a school director does not cost a slot (money) unless the director physically attends the conference. The fees change each year; a school can have as many school directors as they want per session, and they can make some physically attend while some don’t attend physically and don’t cost a slot.
Each school director from a school must apply separately on MediBook. If a School Director is not registered on MediBook as a school director and has not selected attending in person in delegation management, they can not attend in person.
Directors declare while applying if they will attend in person; this can be changed later on until the delegation change deadline and is not final.
At least one school director must be present while any student, including chairs and other attendees, from their school is on the conference grounds during the workshop and conference days. This is why MediBook will not allow you to complete a delegation application unless you select a school director for each day of the conference/workshop.
