I understand that this number will be used to contact me in connection with the student's welfare, safety or whereabouts, and that it will not be used for marketing or any other unrelated purpose.
In the event of an accident, injury or sudden illness where I cannot be reached in time, I authorise the conference organisers and the staff of the student's accompanying school to seek and to consent to such urgent medical, dental or surgical treatment as a qualified medical practitioner considers immediately necessary for the student's wellbeing. I understand that this authority is limited to circumstances of genuine urgency and that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me first.
