I consent to the student's participation in the MEDIMUN conference and in the activities connected with it, including preparatory sessions, workshops, committee debate, plenary sessions and the closing ceremony.
I consent to MEDIMUN (Mediterranean Model United Nations) processing the student's personal data for the purposes of organising and running the conference. The categories of personal data processed are: identifying details (name, date of birth, gender, nationality, school and contact details); participation records (committee, country or entity represented, attendance, roll call and voting records); material the student themselves submits (position papers, resolutions, clauses and messages sent through the platform); and any award or certificate issued.
I understand that this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@medimun.org, that withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it, and that withdrawal will ordinarily bring the student's participation to an end because the conference cannot be delivered without processing this data.
