I acknowledge that the conference is a collaborative activity and that certain details of the student will be visible to other participants and to conference staff through the MediBook platform and in conference materials.
The details visible in this way are: the student's name or chosen display name, their profile picture where they have provided one, their school, the committee to which they are assigned and the country or entity they represent, and the content they choose to contribute to committee work, including resolutions, clauses and messages sent to committees or to other participants.
I acknowledge that the student's date of birth, contact details, guardian details and emergency contact number are not visible to other participants, and are accessible only to conference management and to the staff of the student's own school who require them.
I acknowledge that content the student contributes to a committee is visible to the other members of that committee and to conference staff, and that the student should not include personal or sensitive information in it.
